What are the common ways for printing LOGO on enamel pins?
1. Smooth screen printing of LOGO surface
Screen printing is mainly based on the principle that part of the mesh of the screen printing plate is ink-permeable, and the non-image part of the mesh is impermeable. When printing, pour ink into one end of the screen printing plate, use a squeegee to apply a certain pressure on the ink position on the screen printing plate, and move toward the other end of the screen printing plate at the same time. The ink is squeezed onto the substrate by the squeegee from the mesh of the graphic part while moving.

2. A three-dimensional laser LOGO
The laser of the computer-controlled 3D laser engraving machine is focused on the inside of the crystal product, which generates a pulse of high temperature in a very short time, which causes the crystal to be instantly heated and cracked, forming a very small white spot. A large number of white dots are carved into the crystal to form a predetermined shape, while the rest of the crystal is intact.
Applicable conditions:
1. Internally carved flat patterns (2D graphics such as company name).
2. Inner carved three-dimensional pattern: the three-dimensional sense is very strong, which is very suitable for expressing the main products of the enterprise.
3. High-end texture bronzing and silver LOGO
The effect of this LOGO is a bit similar to embossing, because the LOGO itself is added with gold and silver, which adds a high-end texture.

4. Embossed LOGO with bumpy texture
A metal mold is used to form an imprint on the surface of the gift under the action of high temperature and high pressure, and the surface feels bumpy and has a texture.
