Does the feel of the lanyard have anything to do with the thickness?
In the production process of the lanyard, the order of the lanyard and dyeing and the ironing production process determine the thickness and feel of the lanyard.
1. First weave the ribbon and then dye. The temperature of the ribbon will be higher during the whole process of ironing after dyeing. The thickness of the ribbon will be slightly thinner! The hand feel will be smoother.
2. Dye the yarn first and then the ribbon. In the whole process of ironing, the temperature will be lower after weaving and then dyeing, so the surface of the ribbon will be slightly rougher, and the hand feel will be slightly thicker.
The thermal transfer process webbing is all unified webbing out, in the whole process of the transfer paper. Because of the temperature of the transfer machine, the thickness and feel of the webbing are different! In fact, the webbing is all the same!
This also shows why the thickness of the lanyard is not very related to the feel of the lanyard. The feel is related to the velvet content of the lanyard. The more bulky the lanyard, the thicker the lanyard, and the thickness does not necessarily distinguish the lanyard. Is there a shoddy good?
To distinguish whether the lanyard is shoddy, it is generally to distinguish the weight of the lanyard. If the weight is correct, the quality has nothing to do with the thickness.
